In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie das Projektmanagement im Bereich Supply Chain und Procurement innerhalb eines international aufgestellten Einkaufsteams. Sie steuern Projekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, koordinieren funktionsübergreifende Teams und unterstützen digitale Transformationsinitiativen im SAP-Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung und Steuerung vollständiger Projektlebenszyklen im Bereich Procurement und Supply Chain
• Koordination funktionsübergreifender Teams in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
• Durchführung von PMO-Aktivitäten sowie Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation zwischen Stakeholdern in verschiedenen Ländern und Zeitzonen
• Entwicklung detaillierter Projektpläne und Nachverfolgung von Liefergegenständen mit branchenüblichen Projektmanagement-Tools
• Steuerung von Risiken, Projektumfang und Zeitplänen unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards
• Unterstützung digitaler Transformationsinitiativen innerhalb des SAP-Ökosystems

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation mindestens als Techniker/Fachwirt in Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain/Logistik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung jeweils in Change Management, Einkauf, Projektmanagement und Supply Chain; AIRBUS-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil
• SAP-Kenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau von Kenntnissen der Detailfunktionen sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Mindestens Grundkenntnisse in Change Management, Lean Management und Prozessmanagement
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte und Funktionalitäten schnell zu verstehen und zu analysieren, sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Stakeholder-Management- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, analytisches Denken sowie Erfahrung in einem Matrix- und multikulturellen Umfeld

In this role, you will take responsibility for project management within the supply chain and procurement area as part of an internationally distributed procurement team. You will manage projects throughout their lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams and support digital transformation initiatives within the SAP ecosystem.

Your tasks

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles in procurement and supply chain
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in an international working environment
• Perform PMO activities and ensure clear communication between stakeholders in different countries and time zones
• Develop detailed project plans and track deliverables using industry-standard project management tools
• Mitigate risks and manage scope and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the SAP ecosystem

Your profile

• Qualification at least at technician/specialist level in communication sciences, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics or economics
• More than three years of professional experience respectively in change management, procurement, project management and supply chain; AIRBUS experience is an advantage
• SAP knowledge at least at the level of detailed functional knowledge as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
• At least basic knowledge of change management, lean management and process management
• Business-fluent German and English skills
• Ability to quickly understand and analyse technical concepts and functionalities as well as an independent, structured and results-oriented working style
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and experience working in a matrixed and multicultural environment
