In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Bereich Quality Configuration & Conformity (QCC) mit Schwerpunkt auf Produktkonfiguration, Konformität und Lufttüchtigkeit von Hubschraubern. Sie begleiten Qualitäts- und Freigabeprozesse, unterstützen die Auslieferung an Kunden und wirken bei der Sicherstellung regulatorischer Anforderungen mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Prüfung von Produktkonfiguration, Konformität und Lufttüchtigkeit sowie Durchführung von Ausstattungskontrollen
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Liefer- und Lufttüchtigkeitsdokumentationen für Hubschrauber
• Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Umsetzung lufttüchtigkeitsrelevanter Daten und Qualitätsanforderungen
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Non-Conformities sowie Dokumentation von Prüftätigkeiten
• Unterstützung bei Produktübergaben an Kunden und Behördenabstimmungen zu Qualitätsthemen
• Durchführung von Hubschrauber-Reassemblies im In- und Ausland

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker (m/w/d) mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Fachwirt oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie in Montage oder Wartung von Luftfahrzeugen
• Vorhandene B2-Lizenz nach EASA Part-66
• Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher sowie Englisch versiert
• Modulschulungen gemäß EASA Part-66 sind von Vorteil

In this role, you will work within the Quality Configuration & Conformity (QCC) environment, ensuring product configuration, conformity and airworthiness of helicopters. You will support certification, documentation and quality assurance activities throughout the delivery process.

Your tasks

• Verify product configuration, conformity and airworthiness and perform equipment inspections
• Prepare helicopter delivery and airworthiness documentation
• Support the analysis and implementation of airworthiness data and quality requirements
• Create non-conformity reports and document inspection activities
• Support customer handovers and coordinate quality-related topics with authorities when required
• Perform helicopter re-assembly activities in Germany and abroad

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic or comparable qualification with advanced technical certification
• Several years of experience in quality management and aircraft assembly or maintenance environments
• Valid EASA Part-66 B2 licence
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills
• EASA Part-66 module training is considered an advantage
