Project Manager Cabin Upgrades & Retrofit Solutions (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS has been supporting demanding projects in the aerospace and high-tech environment for more than 25 years. We combine technical expertise with practical project support in complex industrial environments. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

The role focuses on project management for cabin upgrade and retrofit solutions. Key aspects include technical offers, Service Bulletin and kit delivery coordination, industrial risk management and stakeholder alignment.

Your tasks

• Manage cabin upgrade and retrofit projects from technical offer phase to delivery coordination
• Act as focal point for validation of contractual delivery dates for Service Bulletins and retrofit kits
• Assess, monitor and manage industrial risks within the project environment
• Validate technical solutions and associated Service Bulletin documentation
• Identify, propose and support new retrofit adaptations and upgrade solutions
• Coordinate internal interfaces, suppliers, airlines and further project stakeholders

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in aerospace engineering, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, economics or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project management within a technical or industrial environment
• Experience in interface management, supplier management and the aerospace industry
• Good knowledge of change management, risk management and industrial process coordination
• Knowledge of SAP detail functions and confident use of Google Workspace
• Business fluent English and strong communication skills across different stakeholder levels
