Service Manager – Extended Enterprise Solutions (f/m/d).

YOUR TASKS

• Prepare, implement and manage services throughout their life cycle
• Ensure customer satisfaction with services, products and service support
• Identify opportunities for new services, products and service support
• Act as contact person for all internal and external stakeholders in Extended Enterprise services
• Perform service performance reviews
• Support escalation cases, find solutions and ensure sustainable cooperation
• Monitor service quality based on existing SLAs
• Ensure smooth entry-into-service for new Extended Enterprise solutions

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in IT / information systems
• At least 3 years in aerospace industry
• At least 3 years in project management
• Proven experience in service and stakeholder management
• Basic knowledge of Extended Enterprise processes, methods and tools

Languages

• English: fluent / business proficient
• Spanish, German or French: a plus

IT Skills

• JIRA & Confluence: required
• Basic knowledge of networks and virtualization
• DevOps and infrastructure knowledge: a plus

Additional Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification: a plus
