Qualitätsingenieur / Quality Manufacturing Engineer (m/w/d) – Composite.

Egal ob mit langjähriger Erfahrung, als Studienabsolvent/in, aus einem spezialisierten Ausbildungsberuf oder mit fundiertem technischem Hintergrund – bei uns zählen Motivation, Teamgeist und Know-how.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning: Umsetzung der Elemente Control Plan, Support P-FMEA und SPC in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern
• Projektmanagement: Vertretung des kompletten Quality - Bereiches innerhalb des Projektes. Projektplanung von einzelnen Qualitätsaktivitäten. Transversaler Austausch mit Schnittstellen
• FAI - First Article Inspection: Planung, Koordinierung und Durchführung von Aufgaben im Rahmen der FAI (Vorbereitung und Organisation, FAI Kick-off, Action Follow Up,…)
• Inspection Planning: Planung, Koordinierung und Verfolgung von Aufgaben der Prüfplanung (z.B. Control Plan, Prüfpläne, Prüfdynamisierung). Verantwortlich für die Erstellung von spezifischen, komplexen Prüfanweisungsdokumenten
• Schnittstelle Engineering: Bindeglied zu Manufacturing Engineering und Design Engineering
• Arbeitspläne und SOI: Unterstützung und Freigabe von Arbeitsplänen und SOI´s (Standard Operation Instructions)
• Teilnahme an Multi Functional Team (MFT) Runden und Vertretung der Qualitätsbelange

IHR PROFIL

Studium

• Ingenieurwesen (mind. Bachelor)
• oder Technisches Studium (mind. Bachelor)
• oder Verbundwerkstoffe / Composites (mind. Bachelor)
• oder Qualitätsmanagement

Berufserfahrung

• Engineering: mind. 2 Jahre
• Fertigung / Produktion: mind. 2 Jahre
• Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik: mind. 3 Jahre
• Qualitätsmanagement: mind. 3 Jahre
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Composite

IT

• MS Office – sichere Anwendung
• SAP – Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen
• G Suite – wünschenswert

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher
• Englisch: versiert

Weitere Qualifikationen

• Praktische Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
• Erfahrung in First Article Inspection (FAI) von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse metallischer Fertigungsverfahren wünschenswert

YOUR TASKS

• APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning: Implementation of the Control Plan, Support P-FMEA, and SPC elements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Project Management: Representation of the entire quality department within the project. Project planning of individual quality activities. Cross-disciplinary exchange with interfaces.
• FAI - First Article Inspection: Planning, coordination, and implementation of FAI tasks (preparation and organization, FAI kick-off, action follow-up, etc.).
• Inspection Planning: Planning, coordination, and tracking of inspection planning tasks (e.g., control plan, inspection plans, inspection dynamics). Responsible for the creation of specific, complex test instruction documents
• Engineering Interface: Link to Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering
• Work Plans and SOIs: Support and approval of work plans and SOIs (Standard Operation Instructions)
• Participation in Multi-Functional Team (MFT) meetings and representation of quality concerns

YOUR PROFILE

Studies

• Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• or Technical studies (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• or Composites (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• or Quality Management

Professional experience

• Engineering: at least 2 years
• Manufacturing / Production: at least 2 years
• Plastics and Rubber Technology: at least 3 years
• Quality Management: at least 3 years
• Experience in working with composites

IT

• MS Office – secure application
• SAP – knowledge of detailed functions
• G Suite – desirable

Language skills

• German: fluent
• English: proficient

Other qualifications

• Practical experience in quality management
• Experience in First Article Inspection (FAI) is an advantage
• Knowledge of metallic manufacturing processes is desirable
