Prüfstandsmechaniker für Triebwerkstests (m/w/d) – ARIANEGROUP

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie mechanische Arbeiten an Heißtest-Prüfständen für die Entwicklung, Qualifikation und Abnahme chemischer Triebwerke. Sie rüsten Testanlagen, führen Prüfungen und Wartungsarbeiten durch und begleiten den vollständigen Testablauf einschließlich Dekontamination und Dokumentation.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung mechanischer Auf- und Umbauten an Heißtest-Prüfständen sowie vielfältiger mechanischer Arbeiten an Prüfstandkomponenten, beispielsweise am Vakuumsystem
• Be- und Enttankung mit Treibstoffen unter Einhaltung der erforderlichen Schutzmaßnahmen sowie Einbau der zu prüfenden Triebwerke in die Testanlage
• Einstellung der mechanischen Testparameter vor, während und nach den Tests
• Ausbau der Prüflinge nach dem Test, Durchführung der Dekontamination und Bestimmung des Dekontaminationsgrades
• Durchführung von Reinheitsabnahmen, Durchflussmessungen am Blendenprüfstand sowie Druck- und Leckagetests an Komponenten
• Wartung und Instandsetzung von Equipment und Anlagen, Dokumentation der Prozesse sowie Entwicklung von Ideen zur Verbesserung der Abläufe und des Prüfstandequipments

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Office
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen und Grundkenntnisse in der Messtechnik sind von Vorteil
• Kran- und Staplerführerschein sowie Erfahrung in Anwendung, Wartung und Instandsetzung mechanischer Komponenten wie Pumpen, Tanks, Schlauchleitungen und Dichtungen sind von Vorteil; außerdem werden Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent erwartet

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer ARIANEGROUP, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will perform mechanical work on hot-test facilities used for the development, qualification and acceptance of chemical propulsion systems. You will prepare test facilities, carry out inspections and maintenance activities and support the complete test process, including decontamination and documentation.

Your tasks

• Perform mechanical assembly and modification work on hot-test facilities and carry out various mechanical activities on test-stand components, for example on vacuum systems
• Perform fuelling and defuelling activities with propellants while applying the required protective measures and install the engines to be tested in the test facility
• Set the mechanical test parameters before, during and after the tests
• Remove the test item after testing, perform decontamination and determine the degree of decontamination
• Carry out cleanliness acceptance inspections, flow measurements on the orifice test stand, and pressure and leakage tests on components
• Maintain and repair equipment and facilities, document processes and develop ideas to improve processes and test-stand equipment

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or in a comparable occupation
• More than two years of professional experience
• Advanced application knowledge of MS Office
• Business-fluent German and proficient English skills
• Knowledge of handling hazardous substances and basic knowledge of measurement technology are an advantage
• A crane and forklift licence and experience in the use, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment such as pumps, tanks, hoses and seals are an advantage; good communication skills, teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility, resilience and organisational talent are also required
