In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie den Aufbau, Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von IAM-Lösungen im Active-Directory-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Architektur, Betrieb, Monitoring, Security und Automatisierung in komplexen IT-Infrastrukturen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aufbau von Designs, Architekturen und Lösungen für nationale IAM-Projekte
• Betrieb von IAM-Lösungen inklusive Monitoring, Tickets, Changes und Problem Management
• Pflege von Projekt- und Betriebsdokumentationen zu Designs und Architekturen
• Beratung von Teams und Fachbereichen zu Technologie- und Methodikthemen
• Bewertung neuer Technologietrends und Unterstützung operativer Teams bei deren Einführung
• Ableitung von Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung von Designs, Architekturen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Informationssystemen oder Softwareentwicklung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, Benutzer- und Gruppenmanagement
• Erfahrung in Directory Security, Active Directory Hardening, LDAP und komplexen IT-Umgebungen
• Fortgeschrittene PowerShell-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ITIL, Root-Cause-Analysen und Change Management
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support the design, operation and further development of IAM solutions in an Active Directory environment. The focus is on architecture, operations, monitoring, security and automation in complex IT infrastructures.

Your tasks

• Create designs, architectures and solutions for national IAM projects
• Operate IAM solutions including monitoring, tickets, changes and problem management
• Maintain project and operations documentation related to designs and architectures
• Advise teams and departments on technology and methodology topics
• Evaluate new technology trends and support operational teams during implementation
• Derive recommendations to improve designs, architectures and processes

Your profile

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, information systems or software development
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, GPO, user and group management
• Experience in directory security, Active Directory hardening, LDAP and complex IT environments
• Advanced PowerShell skills and experience with ITIL, root-cause analyses and change management
• Business-fluent German and English
