Quality Specialist 3D Printing & Manufacturing Inspection (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Bereich Quality Line Side (QLS) mit Schwerpunkt auf metallischen und organischen 3D-Druck-Bauteilen. Sie begleiten Qualitäts-, Prüf- und Konformitätsprozesse entlang der Fertigungskette und tragen zur Sicherstellung luftfahrtrechtlicher Anforderungen bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Abnahmen und Qualitätsprüfungen an metallischen und organischen 3D-Druck-Bauteilen
• Sichtprüfung nach DIN 19828 sowie Abnahme wärmebehandelter Komponenten
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung luftfahrtrechtlicher und qualitätsrelevanter Anforderungen
• Erstellung von Lieferdokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Erstmusterprüfungen
• Erstellung von Non-Conformities und Einleitung sowie Überwachung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Unterstützung von Quality Gates, Fehlersuchen und Problemlösungsaktivitäten in Fertigung und Endmontage

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf oder als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion oder Qualitätssicherung
• Erfahrung im Luft- und Raumfahrtumfeld sowie Kenntnisse in 3D-Druck oder Wärmebehandlung sind von Vorteil
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher sowie Englisch versiert
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

In this role, you will work within the Quality Line Side (QLS) environment focusing on metallic and polymer-based 3D printed components. You will support inspection, conformity and quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process while ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations.

Your tasks

• Perform acceptance inspections and quality checks on metallic and polymer-based 3D printed parts
• Conduct visual inspections according to applicable standards and approve heat-treated components
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness and quality requirements
• Prepare delivery documentation and perform first article inspections on internally manufactured assemblies
• Create non-conformity reports and initiate corrective actions
• Support quality gates, root cause investigations and practical problem-solving activities within manufacturing and final assembly environments

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in metalworking or plastics processing with master-level qualification or a comparable technical background
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production or quality assurance
• Experience in aerospace environments and knowledge of additive manufacturing or heat treatment processes are advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills
• Independent working style combined with strong teamwork and communication abilities
