IHRE AUFGABEN

Der Bereich Naval & Ground Rader Units umfasst die Integration und den Test von Baugruppen /
Systeme von Boden- und Schiffsradare.
Sie sind verantwortlich für folgende Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben:

• Integration / Montage von Baugruppen / Module sowie Racks / Cabinets nach Zeichnung und
• Stückliste in Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
• Durchführung von Reparaturen, sowie Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
• Herstellung gecrimpter, mechanisch gesicherter oder gelöteter Verbindungen nach IPC-A-610 / 620
• Revision- und Konfigurationskontrolle und -pflege
• Erstellung von mechanischen und elektrischen Fertigungshilfsdokumentationen sowie Initiierung
• von Änderungen
• Mitarbeit / Unterstützung bei Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierungen
• Rechtzeitige Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen während des Produktionsprozesses
• Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP

IHR PROFIL

Ausbildung

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker/in
• oder Elektroniker/in für Geräte und Systeme
• oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Berufserfahrung

• Erfahrung in der Integration von Baugruppen und Systemen
• Sicheres Arbeiten nach Zeichnungsunterlagen

Kenntnisse

• Crimpen, mechanisch gesicherte und gelötete Verbindungen (nach IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 / IPC-A-620)
• Interesse an Prüftätigkeiten wünschenswert

IT

• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• SAP (ERP/PLM) von Vorteil

Sprachen

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher
• Englisch: fortgeschritten

YOUR TASKS

The Naval & Ground Radar Units division encompasses the integration and testing of assemblies/systems for ground and ship-based radars. You are responsible for the following activities and tasks:

• Integration/assembly of assemblies/modules as well as racks/cabinets according to drawings and
• bills of materials within time, cost, and quality
• Performance of repairs, as well as maintenance and repair work
• Manufacture of crimped, mechanically secured, or soldered connections according to IPC-A-610/620
• Revision and configuration control and maintenance
• Creation of mechanical and electrical production documentation and initiation
• of changes
• Collaboration/support in process and workflow optimization
• Timely identification and resolution of problems during the production process
• Creation of quality notifications in SAP

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician
• or electronics technician for devices and systems
• or comparable qualification

Professional Experience

• Experience in the integration of assemblies and systems
• Confident work according to drawings

Knowledge

• Crimping, mechanically secured, and soldered connections (according to IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 / IPC-A-620)
• Interest in testing activities desirable

IT

• Good MS Office skills
• SAP (ERP/PLM) an advantage

Languages

• German: Fluent
• English: Advanced
