Als Planer für Neu- und Serienfertigung übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Manufacturing Engineering einschließlich Disposition und Steuerung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Erstellung und Pflege von Fertigungsunterlagen, der Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen sowie dem Disruption- und Work-Order-Management.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Pflege von ME-Dossiers einschließlich Routing/Arbeitsplan, BoM (Bill of Material), SOI (Standard Operating Instruction) und aller zugehörigen Sub-Prozesse
• Beauftragung standardisierter Fertigungsmittel
• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse durch Cost-Improvement-Maßnahmen, KVP und Unterstützung des Ideenmanagements
• Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungskonzepten
• Disruption Management einschließlich Problemlösung bei Produktionshindernissen und Bereitstellung aller ME-Informationen zur NC-Erstellung (Non-Conformity)
• Work Order Management mit Erstellung und Betreuung von S02/03- und S99-Workorders beziehungsweise Nacharbeitsaufträgen in SAP

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation mindestens auf Techniker-/Fachwirtniveau in Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder einem technischen Studiengang
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung und Manufacturing Engineering sowie mehr als ein Jahr in Disposition/Materialbeschaffung, Fertigungsplanung/-steuerung und Produktionsplanung/-steuerung
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Excel, MS Office und zamiz sowie Kenntnisse von SAP-Detailfunktionen und Google Workspace
• Grundkenntnisse in KVP und Lean Management
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert sowie Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Fähigkeit zur schnellen Analyse von Zusammenhängen und Funktionsweisen sowie selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As a Planner for New and Series Production, you take on Manufacturing Engineering responsibilities including disposition and control. The focus is on creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, developing production processes and supporting disruption and work order management.

Your tasks

• Create and maintain ME dossiers including routing/work plans, BoM (Bill of Material), SOI (Standard Operating Instruction) and all associated sub-processes
• Commission standardized manufacturing equipment
• Optimize and further develop production processes through cost-improvement measures, continuous improvement processes (KVP) and support for idea management
• Further develop manufacturing concepts
• Perform disruption management including resolving production obstacles and providing all ME information required for NC (Non-Conformity) creation
• Perform work order management including creation and support of S02/03 and S99 work orders for rework activities in SAP

Your profile

• Qualification at least at technician/specialist level in electrical engineering, engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering or a technical field of study
• More than two years of professional experience in work preparation and Manufacturing Engineering as well as more than one year in disposition/material procurement, manufacturing planning/control and production planning/control
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and zamiz as well as detailed functional knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement processes (KVP) and Lean Management
• At least business-fluent German and advanced English as well as willingness to work shifts
• Ability to quickly recognize and analyze interrelationships and functions as well as an independent, structured and results-oriented working style and strong communication skills
