In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie arbeitsmedizinische Untersuchungen und die Ambulanzbetreuung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Diagnostik, Probenentnahme, Terminierung und Versorgung im medizinischen Alltag.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung technischer Untersuchungen wie Hörtest, Sehtest, EKG oder Lungenfunktion
• Entnahme von Proben sowie Unterstützung bei weiterer medizinischer Diagnostik
• Durchführung von Impfungen unter ärztlicher Aufsicht
• Unterstützung bei Notfallversorgung und Erster Hilfe in der Ambulanz
• Terminierung, Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Kontakt mit Mitarbeitenden
• Pflege relevanter medizinischer und organisatorischer Dokumentation

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinischen oder pflegerischen Bereich
• Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen, in einer Praxis oder im klinischen Umfeld
• Erfahrung im arbeitsmedizinischen Bereich von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit Bürosoftware und medizinischen Anwendungen wünschenswert
• Teamorientierte, belastbare und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

In this role, you support occupational health examinations and outpatient medical care. The focus is on diagnostics, sample collection, appointment coordination and daily medical support.

Your tasks

• Perform technical examinations such as hearing tests, vision tests, ECGs or lung function tests
• Collect samples and support further medical diagnostics
• Carry out vaccinations under medical supervision
• Support emergency care and first aid in the medical unit
• Coordinate appointments, process inquiries and communicate with employees
• Maintain relevant medical and organizational documentation

Your profile

• Completed training in a medical or nursing field
• Experience in healthcare, a medical practice or a clinical environment
• Experience in occupational health is an advantage
• Confident use of office software and medical applications is desirable
• Team-oriented, resilient and responsible working style
• Fluent German and advanced English skills
