In this role, you will work as a Business Process Manager supporting Satair projects and initiatives that impact company-wide management systems, processes and surveillance activities across global sites.


Role summary

You actively manage, document and improve business processes and contribute to the consistent deployment and further development of the Satair Company Management System.


Your tasks

You work at the intersection of process management, quality, and organizational governance.

  • Supporting ongoing Satair projects and initiatives affecting management systems and surveillance activities (e.g. MMIP – Material Management Industrialisation Platform)

  • Actively managing the development, deployment and maintenance of business processes and related requirements

  • Supporting activities related to the Satair Company Management System documentation

  • Contributing to internal reporting, including the development and maintenance of performance dashboards to ensure transparency on results and compliance

  • Driving continuous improvement of internal methodologies, tools and processes

  • Supporting the deployment and maintenance of the Company Management System across all global sites, ensuring consistent application and adherence

  • Developing and formally documenting business processes in company repositories such as the AIRBUS Business Management System (BMS) and the SATAIR Company Management System (CMS)

Your profile

You combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking and a structured approach.

  • University degree in a technical field, business administration, supply chain quality or a comparable discipline

  • Several years of experience in process improvement, quality management or supply chain / logistics

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand the bigger picture and derive mid- to long-term recommendations

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholder interests

  • Diplomatic mindset and openness to building strong relationships across functions and stakeholders

  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment

  • Basic knowledge of change management, project management and process management

  • First practical experience with Python and SAP is an advantage

  • Confident use of Google Workspace

  • Experience as an internal auditor in ISO 9000 environments is a plus

  • Fluent English skills

  • German language skills are an advantage
