Sie koordinieren Materialflüsse und Lieferketten im Produktionsumfeld und sorgen für Transparenz sowie Stabilität in der Versorgung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse, Verfolgung und Priorisierung von Lieferstatus und Materialverfügbarkeit
• Koordination zwischen Einkauf, Logistik, Qualität und weiteren Fachbereichen
• Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Einhaltung von Terminen im Produktionsumfeld
• Umsetzung kurzfristiger Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung von Lieferketten
• Abstimmung von Bedarfen zwischen Produktion und Planungssystemen
• Bearbeitung von Qualitätsabweichungen und Rückführungen von Bauteilen

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in Logistik, Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Deutsch versiert und Englisch verhandlungssicher

Your tasks

• Coordinate between procurement, logistics, quality and other departments

• Implement short-term actions to stabilize supply chains
• Align production needs with planning systems and requirements
• Handle quality issues and coordinate return of affected parts

Your profile

• Commercial training with further qualification or comparable background
• Experience in logistics, procurement or supply chain management
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• German advanced and English fluent
