In dieser Position arbeiten Sie als Data Scientist im Performance Management mit klarem Fokus auf digitale Transformation. Sie entwickeln datengetriebene Konzepte, analysieren Performance-Kennzahlen und treiben die Digitalisierung von Reporting- und Steuerungsprozessen aktiv voran.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Konzepts zur digitalen Transformation des Performance Managements

• Durchführung von Datentool-Analysen und datengetriebenen Auswertungen

• Visuelle Aufbereitung von Daten sowie Definition zentraler Reporting-Standards

• End-to-End-Projektplanung inklusive Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern

• Kontinuierliche Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung des Konzepts sowie eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung erster Projekt-Streams

• Aufrechterhaltung bestehender Prozesse bei gleichzeitiger kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

• Detaillierte Analyse von Performance-Indikatoren und -Treibern (z. B. TMA, OSW, Überstunden, An- und Abwesenheiten, APL-Stunden)

• Proaktive Vorstellung von Analysen, Ergebnissen und Handlungsempfehlungen im Performance-Management-Team bis hin zum Management

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Bachelor) z. B. in Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Business Administration oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT, Informationssysteme oder Digitalisierung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenbanken, SQL sowie Data Access & Data Transformation

• Praxiserfahrung mit Skywise (z. B. Slate, Contour) erforderlich

• Kenntnisse in weiteren Data-Science-Tools (z. B. SAP HANA) von Vorteil

• Erste Erfahrung im Consulting oder in projektorientierten Rollen wünschenswert

• Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen und selbstorganisierten Teams (z. B. Scrum) von Vorteil

• Fähigkeit, auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen (Shopfloor bis Management) sicher zu kommunizieren

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

• Deutsch fortgeschritten, Englisch verhandlungssicher

• AIRBUS-Erfahrung von Vorteil

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will work as a Data Scientist within Performance Management, with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven performance steering. You will design concepts, analyze performance drivers and actively support decision-making from shopfloor to management.

Your tasks

• Independently develop and implement a digital transformation concept for performance management

• Perform data tool analyses and data-driven evaluations

• Create meaningful visualizations and define central reporting standards

• Own end-to-end project planning and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders

• Continuously refine the concept and independently execute initial project streams

• Maintain existing processes while continuously improving them through digital solutions

• Analyze performance indicators and drivers in detail (e.g. TMA, OSW, overtime, absences, APL hours)

• Proactively present insights, analyses and recommendations to the Performance Management team and management

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in IT, information systems or digital transformation, ideally in an industrial environment

• Strong hands-on skills in Python

• Solid experience with databases, SQL, data access and data transformation

• Proven experience with Skywise (e.g. Slate, Contour) is required

• Knowledge of additional data-science tools (ideally SAP HANA) is an advantage

• Initial consulting or project experience is a plus

• Experience working in agile, self-organized teams (e.g. Scrum) is an advantage

• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels from shopfloor to management

• Structured, independent and responsible working style

• Strong communication skills and team mindset

• Fluent English; advanced German

• Previous AIRBUS experience is an advantage
