Kurzbeschreibung der Stelle

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie die Produktionsplanung und Terminsteuerung im AIT-Umfeld der Raumfahrzeugproduktion und sorgen für transparente, belastbare Projektpläne auf Programmebene.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von AIT-Planungsaktivitäten für die Raumfahrzeugproduktion auf Projektebene

• Unterstützung des AIT-Managers und des Projekt-PMO bei Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Produktionspläne

• Proaktive Einholung von Planungsinputs aller Projektbeteiligten und kontinuierliche Pflege der AIT-Pläne

• Durchführung von Terminplananalysen sowie Ableitung von Empfehlungen zu kritischen Pfaden, Ressourcen und Risiken

• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung integrierter Planungsprozesse in Abstimmung mit lokalen Stakeholdern

• Aufbau und Pflege stabiler Arbeitsbeziehungen zwischen Fachbereichen, Projekt und PMO

• Vorbereitung, Pflege und Aktualisierung projektbezogener AIT-Pläne

• Steuerung multidisziplinärer Abhängigkeiten, Ressourcenzuordnungen und Meilensteinverfolgung

• Erstellung planungsbezogener Reports für Projektleitung, Management und Kunden

• Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung durch Szenarioanalysen und Terminplan-Simulationen

• Ansprechpartner für alle projektbezogenen Fragestellungen zur AIT-Planung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder der Luft- und Raumfahrt

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Fertigung oder Produktion

• Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung und -steuerung in komplexen Industrieumfeldern

• Fundierte Erfahrung mit Planungsprozessen und -werkzeugen in der Raumfahrt oder im Verteidigungsumfeld

• Routine im Umgang mit komplexen, multidisziplinären Produktionsplänen

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Project

• Erfahrung mit integrierten Planungstools wie Unified Planning oder Planisware von Vorteil

• Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke

• Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Widerständen und Konfliktsituationen

• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau

Short role summary

In this role, you support AIT production planning and operational scheduling for spacecraft manufacturing and ensure transparent, reliable project schedules.

Your tasks

• Performing AIT planning activities for spacecraft production at project level

• Supporting the AIT Manager and Project PMO in creating and maintaining detailed production schedules

• Proactively collecting planning inputs from all project stakeholders and maintaining AIT plans accordingly

• Conducting schedule analyses and providing recommendations regarding critical paths, resources and risks

• Supporting the implementation of integrated planning processes in coordination with local stakeholders

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships across functions, projects and the PMO

• Preparing and maintaining project-specific AIT schedules

• Managing multidisciplinary dependencies, resource allocations and milestone tracking

• Creating planning-related reports for project management, executives and customers

• Supporting decision-making through schedule analysis and planning scenario simulations

• Acting as the main contact for AIT planning topics within the project

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or aerospace engineering

• Several years of experience in manufacturing or production environments

• Strong background in production planning and control

• Proven experience with planning processes and tools in aerospace or defense spacecraft production

• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary production schedules

• Advanced skills in MS Project

• Experience with integrated planning tools such as Unified Planning or Planisware is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle resistance and conflicts constructively

• Fluent German and English language skills
