In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie HR Business Partner und betreuen operative HR-Themen für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu HR-Prozessen und Tools

• Administrative Umsetzung von Personalmaßnahmen und Vertragsänderungen

• Datenpflege in Workday und SAP sowie Reporting und Datenanalyse

• Unterstützung bei HR-Kampagnen wie Performance, Salary Review oder People Review

• Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung interner HR-Prozesse

• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Workshops sowie Sonderthemen in HR-Projekten

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Psychologie oder Kommunikation

• Erste Erfahrung in Personalsachbearbeitung oder HR-Administration von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie SAP und digitalen HR-Tools

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit Schnittstellen

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

In this role, you support HR Business Partners and handle operational HR topics for employees and managers in an international organization.

Your tasks

• Advising employees and managers on HR processes and tools

• Implementing administrative HR measures and contract-related changes

• Maintaining HR data in Workday and SAP and supporting reporting and analysis

• Supporting HR campaigns such as performance, salary review and people review

• Contributing to digitalization and continuous improvement of HR processes

• Preparing and supporting workshops and special topics within HR projects

Your profile

• Commercial training or degree in business, psychology or communication-related fields

• Initial experience in HR administration or personnel services is an advantage

• Confident use of MS Office, SAP and digital HR tools

• Structured, independent and responsible way of working

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness across interfaces

• Fluent German and English skills
