Supply Chain Analyst Spare Parts Planning (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS has more than 25 years of experience in engineering and technical project support. We support customers in aerospace and high-tech with qualified specialists for demanding technical and commercial-technical roles. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you support spare parts demand planning to secure material availability for airline customer needs. The focus is on demand forecasting, procurement planning, data analysis and coordination with internal supply chain interfaces.

Your tasks

• Analyze and validate material demand forecasts based on customer orders, planning data and customer data
• Carry out procurement planning and support reliable stock levels and material availability
• Coordinate with product management, customer order desk, purchasing, quality, warehouse and logistics
• Monitor planning data and support demand-related reporting and documentation
• Identify deviations, risks and improvement potential in spare parts planning processes
• Support optimization measures within supply chain and logistics workflows

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics or a comparable field
• More than two years of experience in aerospace supply chain, logistics or material planning
• More than two years of experience in data analysis or data management
• Advanced SAP user knowledge and confident handling of Google Workspace
• Business-fluent English skills; German skills are beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable and result-oriented way of working
