Sie steuern Entwicklungsprojekte im technischen Umfeld und koordinieren Teams, Termine und Arbeitspakete mit klarem Fokus auf Lieferung, Qualität und Umsetzbarkeit. Die Rolle verbindet Projektverantwortung mit enger Abstimmung zu internen und externen Partnern.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Koordination und Leitung technischer Entwicklungsprojekte im Electronic-Warfare-Umfeld
• Steuerung von Arbeitspaketen sowie fachliche Führung von Entwicklungsteams
• Sicherstellung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität im Projektverlauf
• Erstellung von Angeboten und Unterstützung bei der Aufwandsschätzung
• Koordination von Unterauftragnehmern und relevanten Schnittstellen
• Identifikation und Reduzierung von Projektrisiken

Ihr Profil

• Studium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Physik, Mathematik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Partner oder Unterauftragnehmer
• Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im technischen Umfeld
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

You lead technical development projects in a demanding engineering environment and coordinate teams, schedules and work packages with a clear focus on delivery, quality and execution. The role combines project responsibility with close cooperation across internal and external interfaces.

Your tasks

• Plan, coordinate and lead technical development projects in the electronic warfare environment
• Manage work packages and provide functional guidance to development teams
• Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, cost and quality targets
• Prepare offers and support effort estimations
• Coordinate subcontractors and relevant project interfaces
• Identify and reduce project risks throughout execution

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics or similar
• Several years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in managing external partners or subcontractors
• Structured, responsible and resilient way of working
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Business fluent German and English skills
