Sie unterstützen die Standortplanung bei der Entwicklung von Produktionskonzepten und der Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten. Ihr Aufgabenbereich reicht von der Planung von Fertigungsmitteln über die Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen bis zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktionssystems.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Konstruktion von Fertigungsmitteln sowie Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Produktions-, Layout- und Industrialisierungskonzepten
• Mitwirkung bei der Beschaffung und Implementierung von Fertigungsanlagen und Maschinen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Airbus-Prozessen bei Anlagen- und Werkzeugbeschaffungen
• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Daten für Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
• Mitarbeit in Investitionsprojekten und Koordination kleinerer Projekte
• Betreuung und Koordination von Lieferanten und Fremdfirmen während Montage und Inbetriebnahme
• Begleitung von Anlagenabnahmen sowie Unterstützung beim Serienanlauf und bei der Produktionsfreigabe
• Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Effizienz, Arbeitssicherheit und Produktionsraten
• Beitrag zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Zukunftssicherung des Produktionssystems

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Mehr als ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Praxiserfahrung in der Projektarbeit
• Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in MS Office, SAP und CATIA V5 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Kenntnisse in Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik sind wünschenswert
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
• Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und zur Koordination mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Umfeld

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

You will support site planning in developing production concepts and implementing investment projects. Your responsibilities range from planning production tooling and equipment to supporting equipment procurement and commissioning and contributing to the further development of the production system.

Your tasks

• Contribute to the planning and design of production tooling and equipment and support the development of production, layout and industrialization concepts
• Assist with the procurement and implementation of production equipment and machinery and ensure compliance with Airbus processes for equipment and tooling procurement
• Prepare and compile data for business cases and economic feasibility analyses
• Contribute to investment projects and coordinate smaller projects
• Support and coordinate suppliers and external contractors during installation and commissioning
• Accompany equipment acceptance activities and support series production ramp-up and production release
• Contribute to improvements in efficiency, occupational safety and production rates
• Contribute to the strategic development and long-term viability of the production system

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• More than one year of professional experience in project management and practical experience in project work
• Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office, SAP and CATIA V5, plus knowledge of Google Workspace
• Knowledge of machinery and plant engineering is desirable
• Business-fluent German and English
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Structured and independent working style, with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
