Wir suchen Sie als Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d) für einen Projektauftrag bei unserem bekannten internationalen Kunden im Hightech-Bereich in Bremen.

We are looking for you as a development engineer (m/f/d) for a project assignment with our well-known international customer in the high-tech sector in Bremen.

IHRE AUFGABEN - RESPONSIBILITIES

- To perform dynamic analyses as well as stability and strength verifications of composite and metallic structures such as lines or tanks via numerical simulation (Permas, Nastran, Abaqus).

- To establish Finite Element Models (FEM) for dynamic as well as static analyses using tools such as Ansa, Patran, or Hypermesh and appropriate preprocessing methodologies

- To perform non-linear dynamics calculations as well as coupled analysis (fluid-structure interaction) To design, size, and develop damping or attenuation devices

- To support competence enhancement and process optimisation for state-of-the-art design methodologies of non-metallic and metallic structures primarily dedicated to cryo and non-cryo lines as well as tanks

- To foster and enhance optimisation tools and methodologies (for pre- and post-processing) developed for launcher structures

- To contribute to the verification and mechanical justification (structural integrity) with regards to mechanical and thermal environments of the upper stage primary and secondary structures

- To establish dynamic test predictions and test plans (incl. test procedures and specification), to execute dynamic/structural tests, and to evaluate and analyse corresponding test result

IHR PROFIL - QUALIFICATIONS

- Studium des Maschinenbau oder Vergleichbares

- Erfahrung in der Raumfahrtindustrie und vertraut mit Raumfahrtentwicklungsprozessen

- Erfahrung in der strukturellen Gestaltung (Dimensionierung) von Verbund- und Metallstrukturen

- Erfahrung in der Analyse, Verifizierung und Prüfung von Primär- und Sekundärstrukturen von Trägern (z. B. Leitungen, Tanks und ihre Schnittstellen)

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in NASTRAN, PATRAN

- Erfahrungen in einer oder mehreren der folgenden Computersprachen wie MATLAB, Python,
Fortran oder Visual Basic wäre ein Plus

- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch versiert B1, Englisch verhandlungssicher B2

- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar

- Experience in the space industry and familiar with space development processes

- Experience in the structural design (dimensioning) of composite and metal structures

- Experience in the analysis, verification and testing of primary and secondary structures of carriers (e.g. Lines, tanks and their interfaces)

- Very good knowledge of NASTRAN, PATRAN

- Experience in one or more of the following computer languages such as MATLAB, Python,
Fortran or Visual Basic would be a plus

- Language skills: German versed B1, English business fluent B2
