For a project assignment at our well-known international client AIRBUS in Donauwörth, we are looking for you as IM Business Relationship Manager for Design Office Solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Establishing a relationship of trust with the IT internal customer representatives Contact person for the customer representatives for escalations

- Representing the IT organisation to the customer regarding the IT vision, IT value proposition, services and functionalities

- Defining the strategic orientation based on customer challenges and domain roadmaps and ensuring compliance with the defined deliveries and improvements

- Act as internal representative and voice of the customer representatives to ensure that IT services are in line with customer expectations and customer milestone plans - Prepare and conduct regular IT performance reviews with IT customer representatives

- Set continuous improvement actions with the client representatives and ensure that these are implemented within IM in collaboration with the Domain Leaders

- Share responsibility for establishing the Business Relationship Manager role within the IM as well as with the client representatives
