Für ein Projekt bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden AIRBUS in Donauwörth suchen wir Sie als Aerospace Manager/in im Bereich Military Design Organisation Approval.

AUFGABE

Sie werden in einer transversalen Abteilung arbeiten und eng in der Produktintegritätsabteilung und der Engineering Organisation eingebunden sein. Sie sind verantwortlich für das Leiten und Umsetzen von transversalen Projekten für die Aufrechterhaltung der Design Organisation Approvals mit Schwerpunkt auf militärischen Approvals.
Ihre Aufgaben:

- Aufrechterhaltung der zivilen und militärischen DOA's die von AH gehalten werden

- Verbesserungs-/Zusammenlegungsmaßnahmen des EASA Single DOA

- Leiten des EASA CAR Management von AH/AHD

- Management der Compliance Documents

- Leiten der Definition und Einführung eines Safety Management System (SMS) in der Airbus Helicopters Design Organisation.

- Management der Airworthiness Authorizations (CVE, DAE ...)

- Management der Compliance Documents

- Unterstützen des operationellen DOA Team und Koordinierung von transversalen DOA Aktivitäten

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Identifizierung von Schwachstellen des Entwicklungssicherungs-Systems / Design Assurance System (DAS) der Airbus Helicopters Design Organization und

- Einsteuern von entsprechenden Korrekturmaßnahmen.

- Verbesserung der Verfahren und Prozesse und des Entwicklungssicherungs-Systems / Design Assurance System (DAS)

- Unterstützung und Koordinierung der Certification- & Airworthiness Prozesse

- Sicherstellung der Konformität der Compliance Dokumente mit den Luftfahrtregularien (z.B. Part 21J).

- Beratung der Prozess Owner und -Improver bezüglich Luftfahrt Regularien.

- Teilnahme an Audits (Intern und extern)

- Management von Audit Findings und Korrekturmaßnahmen, die die verschiedenen Entwicklungsbetriebsanerkennungen (DOA's) betreffen.

- Unterstützung des Level of Involvement Reduction Projekt und der DOA Performance Analyse und Diskussion.

- Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung & Erweiterung der Entwicklungsbetriebsanerkennung (DOA) und der Schnittstelle zur "Single POA"

- Vertreten von Approval-relevanten Themen gegenüber den Behörden (Bsp. EASA), Partner, Lieferanten der jeweiligen Entwicklungsbetriebsanerkennung (DOA) und zum Herstellungsbetrieb(e).

QUALIFIKATIONEN

- Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrt

- Kenntnisse der Luftfahrt Regularien insbesondere Part21J

- Kenntnisse der Prozesslandschaft im Entwicklungsbetrieb

- Kenntnisse der Grundlagen eines Design Assurance Systems

- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Firmenprozesse (CES)

- Kenntnisse in MS Office

- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

TASK

You will work in a transversal department and be closely involved in the product integrity department and the engineering organization. You will be responsible for leading and implementing transversal projects to maintain design organization approvals with a focus on military approvals.
Your tasks:

- Maintaining the civil and military DOAs held by AH

- Improvement/merger measures of the EASA Single DOA

- Lead the EASA CAR management of AH/AHD

- Management of compliance documents

- Lead the definition and implementation of a Safety Management System (SMS) in the Airbus Helicopters Design Organization.

- Management of Airworthiness Authorizations (CVE, DAE ...)

- Management of compliance documents

- Support the operational DOA team and coordinate transversal DOA activities

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Identification of vulnerabilities in the development assurance system / Design Assurance System (DAS) of the Airbus Helicopters Design Organization and

- Implementation of appropriate corrective measures.

- Improvement of the procedures and processes and the development assurance system / Design Assurance System (DAS)

- Support and coordination of the certification & airworthiness processes

- Ensuring the conformity of compliance documents with aviation regulations (e.g. Part 21J).

- Advising process owners and improvers on aviation regulations.

- Participation in audits (internal and external)

- Management of audit findings and corrective actions affecting the various development organization acknowledgments (DOAs).

- Support the Level of Involvement Reduction project and the DOA performance analysis and discussion.

- Ensuring the continuous improvement and expansion of the development company recognition (DOA) and the interface to the "Single POA"

- Representation of approval-relevant topics to the authorities (e.g. EASA), partners, suppliers of the respective development company approval (DOA) and the manufacturing company(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

- Study of aerospace

- Knowledge of aviation regulations, especially Part21J

- Knowledge of the process landscape in development operations

- Knowledge of the basics of a design assurance system

- Deep understanding of company processes (CES)

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Language skills: fluent in German, proficient in English
