We are looking for you as an PMO Manager in the field of TAXS Air Power Services for a project assignment with our well-known, international customer AIRBUS in Manching.



As PMO, the department maintains close relationships with A400M Services Programme, Air Power Cross Programmes office, Finance and all Services functions and participate in initiatives at different levels. You will be working with a diverse team in an international environment.
You work as a TAXS Air Power Services PMO Manager and the main tasks are:

- Ensure the implementation, alignment and control the Programme/Project Baselines for the Programs WBS across all functions and stakeholders

- Analyze, integrate and provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision making at Programme Management level and also supports effective communication and stakeholder management

- Responsible for a set of contracts to manage the Baseline Change Management process in A400M Services

- Contribute to the Services Change Boards

- Implement the control and monitoring of the Baseline Changes: Budget, workload, cost, planning, scheduling, risk and opportunities for the assigned WBS

- Support and contribute to the end-to-end process management of the A400M Services

- Work breakdown structure

- Support the definition, implementation and update of the Programme directives

- Responsible for P&L Transversal and Sustaining contracts

- Support to Performance and Improvements initiatives



- Studies in economics or industrial engineering or engineering or comparable

- Extensive working experience in General Management, Programme and Project Management is required

- Experience in Finance and Procurement would be a plus

- Knowledge of the following domains is necessary: Business Management; Performance Management

- Experience in Project Management Processes Methods and Tools, Project Lifecycle Management and Finance Controlling together with demonstrated Stakeholder Management skills is being expected

- Knowledge in MS Office, "Unified Planning" (alternative external tool is MS Projects) and ARM (alternative external tool would be Risk and Opportunity Management skill) is nice to have

- Language skills: fluent in English, German would be a plus
