AUFGABEN

• Konfigurationskontrolle der HW und SW der folgende A440M Sub-/Systeme - Defensive Aids SubSystem international und national:
  • Defensive Aids Computer DASS Control Panel
  • MIRAS (MWS-PE)
  • RWR
  • EDS
  • Deutsches DIRCM
  • RWR TRADES
  • Military Mission Management System (M-MMS)
  • Military Test and Support Facility (MTSF)

• Vorbereitung, Durchführung der Change Control Boards incl. Weiterverfolgung aller notwendigen Aktionen
• Interface-Kommunikation zwischen Supplier und Industrie, Erstellung von MDPs (Manufacturing Data Packages)
• Bench Konfiguration (MTSF)
• Erstellung von CIDs
• Update von CMP Dokument Release Management
• Software Release Management
• Dokumenten Identifikation Erstellung und Management von Change Requests in SAP (neue Dokumenten Versionen und Revisionen, Update von Bill of Materials, Baseline Erstellung)
• File Archivierungen in SAP
• Focal point für User Zugriffe in den Tools
• Administrative Aufgaben in Serena Business Manager

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium: Ingenieurwesen oder Techniker/Fachwirt (d/m/w) mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
• Berufserfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen CM und PLM ist notwendig
• Erfahrung im Bereich Engineering, im Projekt Management, im Bereich Configuration & Change Management und im Data Management muss vorhanden sein
• IT: MS-Office, Kenntnisse mit dem Tool SAP sind von Vorteil
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

  • RWR TRADES
  • Military Mission Management System (M-MMS)
  • Military Test and Support Facility (MTSF)

• Preparation, implementation of the change control boards including follow-up of all necessary actions
• Interface communication between supplier and industry, creation of MDPs (Manufacturing Data Packages)
• Bench configuration (MTSF)
• Creation of CIDs
• Update of CMP document release management
• Software release management
• Document identification creation and management of change requests in SAP (new document versions and revisions, update of bill of materials, baseline creation)
• File archiving in SAP
• Focal point for user access in the tools
• Administrative tasks in Serena Business Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studies: Engineering or technician/specialist (d/m/f) with many years of professional experience
• Professional experience: Sound experience in the areas of CM and PLM is necessary
• Must have experience in engineering, project management, configuration & change management and data management
• IT: MS Office, knowledge of the SAP tool is an advantage
• Language skills: German at least business fluent, English at least business fluent
