Für einen exklusiven Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden HENSOLDT in Ulm suchen wir Sie als Projektverantwortlichen (m/w/d) im Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement.

AUFGABEN

Der Bereich stellt sicher, dass die CM Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Anforderungenwirksam im Projekt und am Produkt angewendet sowie die projektrelevanten CM Aufgaben effizienterledigt werden.Sie sind zuständig für die folgenden Aufgaben:

• Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung von Produktstrukturen und Definition der Produktvarianten in Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Programm
• Teilnahme an Reviews und Audits
• Unterstützung der Planung, Bearbeitung, Abstimmung und Verfolgung des Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement
• Unterstützung der Planung, Bearbeitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Änderungen
• Vorbereitung / Nachbereitung und ggf. Moderation und Organisation von Änderungs- u. Releaseboards
• Bildung von Baselines und Erstellung von technischen Datenpaketen
• Unterstützung der Sicherstellung der standortübergreifenden Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statusdarstellungen
• Mitarbeit in Projektteams

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Berufsausbildung vergleichbarer Qualifikation mind. Berufsausbildung oder der Elektrotechnik/Elektronik mind. Berufsausbildung oder eine technische Ausbildung mind. Berufsausbildung oder eine Zusatzqualifikation als Techniker-in/technische/r Betriebswirt-in
• Erfahrung in Projektabwicklung, Konfigurationsmanagement sowie den verschiedenen CM Standards (z.B. ISO 10007, EIA-649 etc.) wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in Schnittstellenprozessen zum Konfigurationsmanagement (Customer Service, Entwicklung, Produktion) wünschenswert
• Fertigkeit Präsentationen zielgruppengerecht vorzubereiten
• IT: MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse, SAP mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) und Engineering Control Center, ECTR wünschenswert
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

TASKS

This department ensures that the CM processes are effectively applied in the project and on the product, taking contractual requirements into account, and that project-relevant CM tasks are completed efficiently.
You are responsible for the following tasks:

• Participation in the design of product structures and definition of product variants in coordination with development and program
• Participation in reviews and audits
• Support in the planning, processing, coordination, and tracking of product variant and configuration management
• Support in the planning, processing, and implementation of internal and external changes
• Preparation/follow-up and, if necessary, moderation and organization of change and release boards
• Creation of baselines and creation of technical data packages
• Support in ensuring the cross-site application of the configuration process
• Creation of evaluations and status reports
• Participation in project teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational training with a comparable qualification (at least vocational training or electrical engineering/electronics), at least vocational training or technical training, at least vocational training or additional qualification as a technician/technical business economist)
• Experience in project management, configuration management, and various CM standards (e.g., ISO 10007, EIA-649, etc.) is desirable
• Experience in interface processes for configuration management (customer service, development, production) is desirable
• Ability to prepare presentations tailored to the target group
• IT: MS Office (at least detailed specialist knowledge), SAP (at least detailed specialist knowledge), knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and Engineering Control Center, ECTR is desirable
• Language skills: German (at least business fluent), English (at least business fluent)
