In dieser Position entwickeln Sie Embedded Software und regelungstechnische Algorithmen für die mechanische Stabilisierung optronischer Plattformen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Echtzeitsystemen, modellorientierter Softwareentwicklung sowie der Integration und Verifikation von Hochleistungs-Sichtsystemen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung regelungstechnischer Algorithmen zur mechanischen Stabilisierung optronischer Plattformen durch Kombination von Inertialmesssystemen und Regelungen elektromechanischer Antriebseinheiten
• Entwicklung von Echtzeit- und Multitasking-Software für Embedded-Rechnersysteme mit RTOS und Multicore-Prozessoren zur Steuerung und Regelung
• Modellorientierte Softwareentwicklung
• Integration von Softwarekomponenten und Systemen im Team
• Verifikation der entwickelten Software im Sichtsystem
• Agiles Software Engineering im Team
• Mitwirkung bei Gesamtsystemintegrationen, Produktpräsentationen und Erprobungen, auch im internationalen Umfeld

Ihr Profil

• Bachelorabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik, Regelungstechnik oder Technischer Kybernetik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Embedded-Softwareentwicklung
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Regelungstechnik, z. B. in linearer Regelungstechnik oder modellbasierter Regelungstechnik wie MPC oder LQR
• Erste Erfahrung in der Beschreibung von Softwarearchitekturen mit UML in Enterprise Architect
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung mit C++ zur Signal- und Datenerfassung in Echtzeit sowie für Event- und Ablaufsteuerungen
• Kenntnisse in der Signalverarbeitung, z. B. mit Kalmanfiltern
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in QNX RTOS auf Multiprocessing-System-on-Chip-Architekturen, z. B. Xilinx Zynq UltraScale MPSoC
• Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Unit- und Component-Tests mit Catch2 und/oder Cucumbre für automatisierte Black-Box- und White-Box-Tests
• Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering, in der Spezifikationserstellung und in der Versionsverwaltung mit GIT
• Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau und versierte Englischkenntnisse
• Kreatives Denkvermögen, Freude an eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit in einem agilen Entwicklungsteam, ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen, von der jeweiligen Projektphase abhängigen Dienstreisen

In this position, you will develop embedded software and control algorithms for the mechanical stabilization of optronic platforms. The focus is on real-time systems, model-oriented software development and the integration and verification of high-performance imaging systems.

Your tasks

• Develop control algorithms for the mechanical stabilization of optronic platforms by combining inertial measurement systems with the control of electromechanical drive units
• Develop real-time and multitasking software for embedded computer systems with RTOS and multicore processors for control applications
• Perform model-oriented software development
• Integrate software components and systems within the team
• Verify the developed software in the imaging system
• Apply agile software engineering within the team
• Contribute to overall system integration, product presentations and trials, including in an international environment

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, control engineering or technical cybernetics, or a comparable qualification with a focus on embedded software development
• Advanced knowledge of control engineering, e.g. linear control engineering or model-based control engineering such as MPC or LQR
• Initial experience in describing software architectures with UML in Enterprise Architect
• Advanced knowledge of software development with C++ for real-time signal and data acquisition as well as event and sequence control
• Knowledge of signal processing, e.g. Kalman filters
• Ideally, knowledge of QNX RTOS on multiprocessing system-on-chip architectures, e.g. Xilinx Zynq UltraScale MPSoC platforms
• Knowledge of developing unit and component tests with Catch2 and/or Cucumbre for automated black-box and white-box testing
• Knowledge of requirements engineering, specification creation and version control with GIT
• German skills at least at negotiation level and proficient English skills
• Creative thinking, enthusiasm for autonomous work within an agile development team, strong social skills, teamwork and enthusiasm
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel depending on the project phase
