Sie unterstützen den Entwicklungsbereich als Finance Business Partner und sorgen für Transparenz, Steuerung und fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Managements durch Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten
• Bewertung von Ergebnissen im Vergleich zu Budget und Zielvorgaben
• Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling- und Planungsprozessen
• Anwendung von Earned Value Management zur Programmsteuerung
• Koordination von Forecast- und Planungsaktivitäten
• Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten im Reporting

Ihr Profil

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finance oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Office und Reporting-Tools
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und analytische Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Your tasks

• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, finance or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling or finance
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and reporting tools
• Fluent German and English skills
• Structured, independent and analytical working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
