In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Einkaufsverantwortung für Facility-Management-Services im General-Procurement-Umfeld. Sie steuern Ausschreibungen, Vertragsverhandlungen und Lieferantenbeziehungen über den gesamten Vertragslebenszyklus.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsstrategie für definierte Service- und Facility-Kategorien
• Durchführung von Sourcing-Aktivitäten, Ausschreibungen und Vertragsverhandlungen
• Verhandlung und Betreuung von Rahmenverträgen, Master Service Agreements und Work Package Agreements
• Steuerung des Vertragsmanagements inklusive Qualität, Kosten, Termine, KPIs und Lieferantenleistung
• Betreuung der laufenden Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Kunden
• Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams während Tendering, Contracting und Vertragslaufzeit

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain, Logistik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Erfahrung in operativer und strategischer Beschaffung, Vertragsmanagement oder Commercial Management
• Kenntnisse im Facility-Management- oder Procurement-Umfeld sind besonders passend
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie gängigen Google- oder Microsoft-Anwendungen
• Analytische Stärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sichere Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

In this role, you take purchasing responsibility for facility management services within the general procurement environment. You manage sourcing activities, contract negotiations and supplier relationships throughout the full contract life cycle.

Your tasks

• Implement and improve procurement strategies for defined service and facility categories
• Manage sourcing activities, tendering processes and contract negotiations
• Negotiate and manage frame contracts, Master Service Agreements and Work Package Agreements
• Drive contract management including quality, cost, timing, KPIs and supplier performance
• Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers and internal customers
• Work in multidisciplinary teams during tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases

Your profile

• Commercial vocational training or degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics or economics
• Experience in operational and strategic procurement, contract management or commercial management
• Knowledge of facility management or procurement environments is a strong fit
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and common Google or Microsoft software applications
• Analytical mindset, negotiation skills and confident communication with different audiences
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
