In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die technische Dokumentation und Ersatzteilkonfiguration im Bereich Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC). Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Ersatzteildaten, Wartungskonzepten, technischen Bauunterlagen und der Datenpflege in SAP.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse technischer Designunterlagen zur Ableitung von Wartungskonzepten und Ersatzteilkonfigurationen
• Bewertung von Änderungsanträgen hinsichtlich S&S-Auswirkungen, Aufwand und Liefergegenständen
• Ermittlung von Ersatzteildaten aus Stücklisten, Zeichnungen und Herstellerunterlagen
• Festlegung von Ersatzteilkonfigurationen, Ersatzteil-Kits und Material-Evolution-Tabellen
• Pflege von Ersatzteil- und Versorgbarkeitsdaten in SAP sowie Koordination von Freigaben
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Validierung technischer Dokumentation nach internationalen Standards

Ihr Profil

• Technische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation, Design Engineering oder Ersatzteilversorgung
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in IPC, idealerweise S1000D und bebilderten Teilekatalogen
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie gute Kenntnisse in Illustrator
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support technical documentation and spare parts configuration in the area of Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC). The focus is on spare parts data, maintenance concepts, technical design documents and SAP data maintenance.

Your tasks

• Analyze technical design documentation to define maintenance concepts and spare parts configurations
• Assess change requests regarding S&S impact, effort estimation and deliverables
• Derive spare parts data from bills of material, drawings and manufacturer documentation
• Define spare parts configurations, spare parts kits and material evolution tables
• Maintain spare parts and supply data in SAP and coordinate related approvals
• Prepare, review and validate technical documentation according to international standards

Your profile

• Technical vocational training with long-term experience or degree in aerospace engineering
• Several years of experience in technical documentation, design engineering or spare parts supply
• Strong knowledge of IPC, ideally S1000D and illustrated parts catalogues
• Confident use of SAP and good knowledge of Illustrator
• Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking and structured working style
• German and English at least business fluent
