ME Process Engineer MCA H135/H140/H145 (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als ME Process Engineer MCA H135/H140/H145 (m/w/d).

In dieser Rolle wirken Sie an der Weiterentwicklung moderner Fertigungs- und Linienkonzepte für die Hubschrauberprogramme H135/H140/H145 mit. Sie arbeiten eng mit Engineering und Produktion zusammen, verantworten Manufacturing-Engineering-Daten und unterstützen die Fertigungsbereiche bei technischen Fragestellungen. Eine Tätigkeit in Teilzeit ist nach Absprache möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines richtungsweisenden Linienkonzepts (Line Balancing)

• Enge Abstimmung mit dem Engineering zu neuen Designkonzepten

• Umsetzung innovativer Vorrichtungs- und Fertigungskonzepte

• Prüfung und Freigabe neuer Bauunterlagen

• Konstruktionsberatung bei Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen

• Erstellung und Pflege aller relevanten Manufacturing-Engineering-Daten

• Erstellung von Grunddaten in SAP (Stücklisten, Fertigungspläne etc.) nach Bereichsstandards

• Erstellung von SOIs (Standard Operating Instructions)

• Durchführung von Kostenkalkulationen sowie Soll-Ist-Vergleichen von Fertigungskosten

• Betreuung der Fertigungsbereiche und Lösung fertigungstechnischer Probleme

• Bearbeitung von Qualitätsmeldungen und Einsteuerung von Designänderungen

• Mitarbeit an Optimierungsprojekten innerhalb der Arbeitsvorbereitung

• Teilnahme an PFMEAs zur Bestimmung von Prüfanforderungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Techniker/Fachwirt im Bereich Elektrik oder Industriemechanik oder
  abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik (Bachelor)

• Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fertigungs- bzw. Produktionsumfeld

• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie SAP R/3

• Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

• Zusatzqualifikationen wie MTM und REFA vorhanden

• Erfahrungen mit 3D-CAD-Systemen, idealerweise CATIA V5, wünschenswert

• Erfahrung in Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Vorteil

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for an ME Process Engineer MCA H135/H140/H145 (m/f/d).

In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced manufacturing and line concepts for the H135/H140/H145 helicopter programs. You will work closely with engineering and production, manage manufacturing engineering data and support production areas with technical solutions. Part-time work is possible by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Support the development of a forward-looking line concept (line balancing)

• Close cooperation with engineering regarding new design concepts

• Implementation of innovative tooling and manufacturing concepts

• Review and release of new drawings and documentation

• Design support for new developments and improvements

• Creation and maintenance of all relevant manufacturing engineering data

• Creation of master data in SAP (BoMs, routing plans, etc.) in line with department standards

• Preparation of standard operating instructions (SOIs)

• Cost calculations and target/actual comparisons of manufacturing costs

• Support of production areas and resolution of manufacturing-related issues

• Processing of quality notifications and initiation of design changes

• Participation in work preparation projects to optimize processes and standards

• Participation in PFMEA activities to define inspection requirements

Your profile

• Completed vocational qualification as technician/specialist in electrical or mechanical fields, or
  a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Professional experience in work preparation

• Several years of experience in manufacturing or production

• Strong technical understanding

• Good MS Office and SAP R/3 skills

• Team-oriented, resilient and able to work independently and conscientiously

• MTM and REFA qualifications available

• Experience with 3D CAD systems, preferably CATIA V5, is an advantage

• Experience in design and development is a plus

• Fluent business German and good command of English
