Change Manager Transformation and Communication (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

We are looking for a Change Manager to support Satair’s transformation in the field of material management. The focus is on stakeholder and resistance management, communication planning and the sustainable adoption of organizational changes across international functions and sites.

Your tasks

• Identify and manage key stakeholders for departmental projects
• Conduct change-impact analyses and develop the case for change as the basis for change and communication planning
• Design, manage and execute change and communication plans to support successful adoption and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure clear governance and structures, effective stakeholder and resistance management, strong employee engagement and sustainable change adoption
• Advise stream leaders, project core teams and the Satair leadership team on the effective implementation of the intended change objectives
• Provide consulting for projects outside the transformation portfolio, focusing on stakeholder and resistance management, change-management structures, engaging communication and change adoption
• Collaborate continuously with Operations, Sales, Product Management, Finance, HR and IT teams across worldwide sites and with the central Customer Services Transformation team

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences, psychology or business administration
• More than three years of professional experience in change management
• More than two years of professional experience in public relations or communication management
• Good knowledge of lean management
• Good knowledge of project management
• Knowledge of detailed functions in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Workspace
• English at least at negotiation level; German and French language skills are an advantage
• Team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style to achieve objectives quickly and directly
• Service- and customer-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility and empathy
• Willingness to undertake between one and eight business trips per year, mainly worldwide, including the USA, Singapore, France and Denmark
