Die Position unterstützt das Security Management in einer standortübergreifenden Schnittstellenfunktion. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Sicherheitskonzepten, Lieferantensteuerung, Risikobewertung, Prozesssicherung sowie der Einhaltung wachsender Sicherheitsanforderungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination von Sicherheitsdienstleistern sowie Überwachung der Lieferqualität
• Entwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepten und Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung
• Sicherstellung wachsender Sicherheitsanforderungen im Produktions- und Standortumfeld
• Identifikation, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Pflege von Sicherheitsprozessen
• Analyse, Bewertung und Reduzierung von Risiken sowie Reaktion auf sicherheitsrelevante Zwischenfälle
• Gewährleistung des Schutzes von Personal, Standorten und Ressourcen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Projektmanagement, technisches Studium, Security Management oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung im strategischen oder operativen Security Management von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie routinierter Umgang mit Google Workspace
• Kenntnisse in Zutrittskontroll- oder Videomanagementsystemen wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in der Koordination von Fremdfirmen sowie Kenntnisse im KPI-Management von Vorteil
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert

The role supports security management in a cross-site interface function. The focus is on security concepts, supplier coordination, risk assessment, process reliability and compliance with growing security requirements.

Your tasks

• Coordinate security service providers and monitor supplier quality
• Develop security concepts and take responsibility for their implementation
• Ensure increasing security requirements in production and site environments
• Identify, implement and continuously maintain security processes
• Analyse, assess and reduce risks and respond to security-related incidents
• Ensure the protection of personnel, sites and resources

Your profile

• Degree in project management, technical studies, security management or a comparable field
• Experience in strategic or operational security management is beneficial
• Good knowledge of project management and routine use of Google Workspace
• Knowledge of access control or video management systems is desirable
• Experience in coordinating external companies and knowledge of KPI management is beneficial
• Business fluent German and at least advanced English skills
