In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das IT Value Management bei Reporting, Performance-Steuerung, Datenqualität und IT-Governance. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Kennzahlen, Dashboards, KPI-Systemen, Datenvalidierung und der Weiterentwicklung von Service- und Reporting-Strukturen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung globaler Kennzahlenreports für Legal Entities
• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Dashboards, Reports und IT-Performance-Scores
• Analyse von Abweichungen, Nachverfolgung von Datenlieferungen und Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen
• Steuerung und Durchführung von Datenqualitätsprüfungen sowie Freigabeprozessen für Dashboards
• Unterstützung von IT-Governance-Aktivitäten und Pflege von Service-Strukturen
• Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Knowledge Articles und Nachverfolgung von Progress-Maker-Tasks

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Reporting, Performance Management und in der Steuerung von KPI-Systemen
• Erfahrung in Plan-/Ist-Analysen, Maßnahmenableitung und Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
• Detaillierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse, tiefgreifende Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI
• Erfahrung mit IT-Service- oder Enterprise-Plattformen wie ServiceNow oder LeanIX
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert

In this role, you will support IT value management in reporting, performance management, data quality and IT governance. The focus is on indicators, dashboards, KPI systems, data validation and the further development of service and reporting structures.

Your tasks

• Maintain and further develop global indicator reports for legal entities
• Create and improve IT dashboards, reports and IT performance scores
• Analyse deviations, track data delivery and support root-cause analyses
• Manage and perform data quality checks and approval processes for dashboards
• Support IT governance activities and maintain service structures
• Create process documentation, knowledge articles and track progress-maker tasks

Your profile

• Completed vocational training or degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable
• Several years of experience in reporting, performance management and KPI system steering
• Experience in plan/actual analyses, deriving measures and working with business departments
• Detailed MS Office knowledge, in-depth Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI
• Experience with IT service or enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or LeanIX
• German skills at least at negotiation level and advanced English skills
