Product Designer Digital Workflows (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you design digital workflows and enterprise applications for complex operational environments. The focus is on process analysis, future-state workflow design, digital optimization and the translation of business needs into scalable application features.

Your tasks

• Analyze business processes in the Services perimeter and identify digital optimization potential
• Map current processes and design future-state workflows aligned with digitalization goals
• Translate business requirements into actionable design features for enterprise applications
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for digital solution adoption
• Collaborate with Digital and Data Readiness Center teams on implementation topics
• Support cross-functional teams in simplifying complex operational workflows

Your profile

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related field
• Proven experience as Product Designer, Application Designer, Business Analyst or similar
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis and change management
• Confident use of MS Office and digital process tools such as Visio, BPMN or similar
• Knowledge of Agile methods and digital project tools, ideally Atlassian ToolSuite
• Business-fluent English skills; German knowledge is desirable
