Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Softwareentwicklung suchen wir Sie als Scrum Master (m/w/d) – Agile Software Development / Jira & Confluence.
In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für mehrere Scrum-Teams in einem skalierten agilen Umfeld und fördern eine selbstorganisierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Übernahme der Aufgaben eines Scrum Masters in einem skalierten agilen Umfeld

• Moderation und Organisation von Scrum-Meetings

• Konfliktmanagement und Beseitigung von Hindernissen (Impediments)

• Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserung im Team

• Coaching der Teams zur Stärkung von Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation

• Etablierung und Pflege einer offenen, vertrauensvollen Teamkultur

• Vernetzung und Synchronisation mit anderen agilen Bereichen im Unternehmen

• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung agiler Prozesse

• Wissensaustausch mit anderen Scrum Mastern und Product Ownern

Ihr Profil:

1. Ausbildung/Studium:

   • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Informatik/Ingenieurwesen)

   • oder abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung

2. Berufserfahrung:

   • Solide Erfahrung in der agilen Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise als Scrum Master

   • Erfahrung im Coaching von Teams und in der Anwendung agiler Methoden (Scrum, Kanban)

3. IT-/Fachkenntnisse:

   • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence

   • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

4. Sprachkenntnisse:

   • Deutsch: versiert

   • Englisch: verhandlungssicher

5. Weitere Qualifikationen:

   • Zertifizierung als Scrum Master (z. B. PSM I, CSM) von Vorteil

   • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit

   • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein

   • Strukturierte, empathische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

For an assignment in the field of software development, we are looking for you as Scrum Master (f/m/d) – Agile Software Development / Jira & Confluence.
In this role, you will facilitate agile processes across multiple development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.

Your tasks:

• Act as Scrum Master in a scaled agile environment

• Facilitate and moderate Scrum ceremonies

• Manage conflicts and remove impediments

• Promote continuous improvement and agile mindset within teams

• Coach and empower teams to achieve autonomy and self-organization

• Foster openness and trust within development teams

• Synchronize with other agile areas and teams

• Contribute to the evolution of agile processes

• Share knowledge with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners

Your profile:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience

• Experience: Solid background in agile software development, ideally as Scrum Master

• IT skills: Proficient in Jira, Confluence and MS Office

• Languages: German proficient, English fluent

• Additional skills: Scrum Master certification (e.g. PSM I, CSM) is an advantage; excellent communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; structured and solution-oriented working style
