Rollenübersicht
Sie unterstützen die Fertigung und Instandhaltung im Helikopter-Umfeld (u. a. NH90) mit Fokus auf Montage, Wartung, Fehlersuche und sauberer Dokumentation.
Ihre Aufgaben
Montage, Wartung und Inspektion von Baugruppen am Luftfahrzeug
Mechanik- und Hydraulikarbeiten im Produktions- und Instandhaltungsumfeld
Fehlersuche sowie einfache Funktions- und Basisprüfungen
Abarbeitung digitaler Fertigungs- und Wartungsaufträge
Arbeiten nach technischen Unterlagen, Vorschriften und Dokumenten
Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten in digitalen Systemen
Ihr Profil
Technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fluggerätmechanik, Industrie- oder Mechatronik)
Praxis in Fertigung, Wartung oder Instandhaltung von Vorteil
Selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Dokumentation und Qualitätsanforderungen
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im industriellen Umfeld
Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fortgeschritten

Role summary
You support production and maintenance activities in a helicopter environment (incl. NH90) with focus on assembly, basic troubleshooting and reliable documentation.
Your tasks
Assembly, maintenance and inspection of aircraft components
Mechanical and hydraulic work in production and maintenance settings
Basic troubleshooting and functional checks
Processing of digital production and maintenance orders
Working according to technical documentation and procedures
Documentation of completed work in digital systems
Your profile
Completed technical vocational training (aircraft/industrial/mechatronic mechanics)
Experience in manufacturing, maintenance or overhaul is a plus
Structured, autonomous and team-oriented working style
Careful documentation mindset and quality awareness
Willingness to work in an industrial aviation environment
Fluent German and advanced English skills
