Commodity Manager (f/m/d) – Ground Support Equipment.

Egal ob mit langjähriger Erfahrung, als Studienabsolvent/in, aus einem spezialisierten Ausbildungsberuf oder mit fundiertem technischem Hintergrund – bei uns zählen Motivation, Teamgeist und Know-how.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Einstiegspunkt für das Rohstoffmanagement (pro Rohstoffprodukt/-dienstleistung)
• Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Verbesserung der Rohstoffstrategie
• Umsetzung der Beschaffungspolitik
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen (Global Sourcing inklusive Offsets)
• Sourcing-Management (CFT, RFP usw.) und Vertragsmanagement
• Mitwirkung bei der Überwachung und Verbesserung der Lieferantenleistung
• Identifizierung und Leitung von Wertschöpfungsprojekten und Unterstützung von Produkt-/Dienstleistungsinnovationen
• Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
• Sicherstellung des Risikomanagements

IHR PROFIL

Studium

• Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain / Logistics oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• alternativ mit Schwerpunkt Commodity Management

Berufserfahrung

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Disposition / Materialbeschaffung
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf
• Erste Erfahrung im Commodity Management zwingend erforderlich
• Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt / bei Airbus von Vorteil

IT

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher
• Englisch: verhandlungssicher

YOUR TASKS

• Entry point for commodity management (per commodity product/service)
• Development, implementation, and improvement of the commodity strategy
• Implementation of procurement policy
• Conducting market analyses (global sourcing including offsets)
• Sourcing management (CFT, RFP, etc.) and contract management
• Participation in monitoring and improving supplier performance
• Identification and management of value-added projects and support for product/service innovations
• Maintaining long-term supplier relationships
• Ensuring risk management

YOUR PROFILE

Studies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Economics
• or with a focus on Commodity Management

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in scheduling/materials procurement
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing
• Previous experience in commodity management is mandatory
• Experience in aviation/at Airbus is an advantage

IT

• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of SAP

Language Skills

• Fluent in German
• Fluent in English
