In dieser Rolle koordinieren Sie Schnittstellen zwischen Einkauf, Logistik und Endmontagelinien und stellen die Materialverfügbarkeit für die A320-Produktion sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Kommunikation mit Lieferanten sowie internen Teams aus Einkauf, Logistik und Produktion

• Antizipation von Missing Parts durch Analyse und Nutzung digitaler Tools

• Koordination von Vorlaufzeiten mit Procurement und Airbus Standorten in Europa

• Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Beschleunigung des Materialflusses in der Lieferkette

• Sicherstellung der termingerechten Materialverfügbarkeit für die Flugzeugproduktion

• Nutzung von Airbus ERP-Systemen wie SAP und Pflege relevanter Stammdaten

Ihr Profil

• Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Engineering, Supply Chain oder Logistics

• Erste Erfahrung in Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement oder Supply Chain von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und digitalen Tools im Logistikumfeld

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch ist ein Plus

In this role, you coordinate interfaces between procurement, logistics and final assembly lines, ensuring material availability for the A320 production environment.

Your tasks

• Communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders in procurement, logistics and production

• Anticipating missing parts through analysis and the use of digital tools

• Coordinating lead times with Airbus procurement and European production sites

• Initiating actions to accelerate material flow within the supply chain

• Ensuring on-time material availability aligned with aircraft production schedules

• Using Airbus ERP systems such as SAP and maintaining relevant master data

Your profile

• Degree or comparable qualification in engineering, supply chain or logistics

• Initial experience in procurement, supplier management or supply chain is an advantage

• Confident use of SAP and logistics-related digital tools

• Structured, independent and results-driven working style

• Strong communication skills across all stakeholder levels

• Fluent German and English skills; French is a plus
