Export Control Compliance Manager (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Bereich Export Control & National Security Classification und unterstützen die Einhaltung internationaler Exportkontrollvorschriften im Engineering. Sie koordinieren Genehmigungsprozesse, beraten Fachbereiche und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung von Exportkontrollprozessen sowie der Datenqualität mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Export-Control-Aktivitäten im Engineering in den Bereichen Lizenzen, Genehmigungen, Akkreditierung, Zugangskontrolle und Business Applications
• Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Lizenzanträgen sowie Erstellung exportkontrollrelevanter Dokumente
• Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Exportkontrollvorschriften, Prozessen und Geschäftsanwendungen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
• Sicherstellung und Pflege einer hohen Datenqualität in Referenzsystemen für Exportkontrollthemen
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Airbus-Richtlinien, Methoden und End-to-End-Prozessen
• Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung der Export Compliance

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Engineering, als Design Engineer oder in der technischen Dokumentation
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Export Control, Trade Compliance oder großes Interesse an Exportkontrollvorschriften
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und internationalen Ansprechpartnern
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher; Französisch und/oder Spanisch sind von Vorteil

In this role, you will support Export Control & National Security Classification activities within Engineering. You will coordinate licensing processes, advise business functions and contribute to the continuous improvement of export control processes and data quality.

Your tasks

• Perform export control activities related to licensing, authorizations, accreditation, access control and business applications
• Prepare, coordinate and monitor engineering export licence applications and related documentation
• Advise and support business functions regarding export control regulations, processes and business applications and provide training
• Maintain a high level of data quality within export control reference systems
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Airbus export control policies, methods and end-to-end processes
• Collaborate with national and international stakeholders to ensure export compliance

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in engineering, design engineering or technical documentation
• Knowledge of export control, trade compliance or a strong interest in export control regulations
• Experience in project management with a structured, solution-oriented and proactive working style
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders
• Business fluent German and English; French and/or Spanish would be an advantage
