IHRE AUFGABEN

In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie eine moderne, zukunftsweisende Softwareplattform, die in komplexen High-Tech-Systemen eingesetzt wird. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Architekturentscheidungen und setzen diese gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team um. Dabei bleiben Sie nicht nur auf der konzeptionellen Ebene, sondern entwickeln aktiv mit und sorgen dafür, dass Lösungen technisch exzellent und zukunftssicher umgesetzt werden.

• Konzeption, Entwicklung und Pflege einer querschnittlichen Softwareplattform
• Analyse von Anforderungen, Erstellung von Spezifikationen und Entwicklung der Softwarearchitektur
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Plattform und der Entwicklungsprozesse
• Unterstützung weiterer Entwicklungsteams bei der Integration und Nutzung der Plattform
• Entwicklung in C++ sowie ggf. Rust und TypeScript unter Linux, QNX und FreeRTOS
• Auswahl und Steuerung externer Entwicklungspartner
• Agile Planung und Umsetzung der Softwareentwicklung (SCRUM)
• Einsatz moderner Technologien und Tools (C++17/20, Rust, Git, Atlassian Tools, CMake, Docker, buildroot etc.)

Ihr Profil

Studium / Ausbildung

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbarer technischer Studiengang
• Alternativ eine einschlägige Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung

Berufserfahrung

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
• Erste oder vertiefte Erfahrung in Softwarearchitektur wünschenswert

IT-Kenntnisse

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in einer modernen Programmiersprache (z. B. C++, Rust oder vergleichbar)
• Erfahrung mit Linux-Systemen oder ähnlichen Umgebungen von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in gängigen Entwicklungs- und Kollaborationstools (z. B. Git, Atlassian) wünschenswert

Sprachen

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher
• Englisch: verhandlungssicher

Weitere Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (z. B. SCRUM)
• Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke
• Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien und Tools einzuarbeiten

You will work on projects with our partner HENSOLDT – your contract and personal support will be handled directly by HESYS Engineering.

YOUR TASKS

In this role, you will design a modern, future-oriented software platform used in complex high-tech systems. You will assume responsibility for architectural decisions and implement them together with an interdisciplinary team. You will not only remain at the conceptual level, but also actively participate in development and ensure that solutions are implemented with technical excellence and future-proof features.

• Design, development, and maintenance of a cross-functional software platform
• Requirements analysis, specification creation, and software architecture development
• Strategic development of the platform and development processes
• Support for additional development teams in integrating and using the platform
• Development in C++ and, where appropriate, Rust and TypeScript under Linux, QNX, and FreeRTOS
• Selection and management of external development partners
• Agile planning and implementation of software development (SCRUM)
• Use of modern technologies and tools (C++17/20, Rust, Git, Atlassian Tools, CMake, Docker, buildroot, etc.)

Your Profile

Education / Training

• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable technical degree
• Or, a relevant qualification with relevant professional experience

Professional Experience

• Several years of experience in software development
• Initial or advanced experience in software architecture is desirable

IT Skills

• Very good knowledge of a modern programming language (e.g., C++, Rust, or similar)
• Experience with Linux systems or similar environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of common development and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Atlassian) is desirable

Languages

• German: Fluent
• English: Fluent

Further Qualifications

• Experience with agile methods (e.g., SCRUM)
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and tools
