Sie steuern Produktionsaufträge und sorgen für stabile Abläufe in der Fertigung. Der Fokus liegt auf Planung, Materialdisposition und Transparenz über Fortschritt und Kennzahlen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Abstimmung realistischer Produktionsplanungen

• Steuerung und Überwachung von MRP-Parametern und Arbeitsaufträgen

• Termin- und materialgerechte Einlastung von Fertigungsaufträgen

• Analyse und Reporting relevanter Produktionskennzahlen

• Koordination mit Supply Chain und angrenzenden Fachbereichen

• Tracking von Inventory, WIP und Bedarfen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Umfeld

• Erfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungssteuerung oder Produktionsplanung

• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und Produktionsprozessen

• Verständnis für Lean, KVP oder Prozessverbesserung

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Strukturierte, eigenständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

You control production orders and ensure stable manufacturing processes. The focus is on planning, material disposition and transparency regarding progress and KPIs.

Your tasks

• Create and align realistic production plans

• Monitor MRP parameters and manage production orders

• Ensure on-time release and material availability

• Analyze and report production KPIs

• Coordinate with supply chain and internal departments

• Track inventory, work in progress and demand

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration

• Experience in production planning or manufacturing control

• Good knowledge of SAP and manufacturing processes

• Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement

• Fluent German and good English skills

• Structured and results-oriented working approach
