In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie in der Klebetechnik und unterstützen die Fertigung sowie Integration von Verbundteilen und Unterbaugruppen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Composite-Bauteilen, Laminier- und Harzverfahren sowie Qualitätskontrollen in der Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Fertigung und Integration von Verbundteilen und Unterbaugruppen für Hauptbaugruppen
• Verarbeitung monolithischer und Sandwich-Verbundwerkstoffe von Vorbereitung bis Nachbearbeitung
• Anwendung von Laminier-, Drapier-, Umform-, Prepreg-, Harzinfusions- und Harzinjektionsverfahren
• Aufbau und Prüfung von Vakuumsystemen sowie Einsatz von Autoklaven und Öfen
• Entformen, Nachbearbeiten und Reparieren von Composite-Bauteilen
• Durchführung von Arbeits- und Qualitätskontrollen sowie Sicherstellung der Rückverfolgbarkeit

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung z. B. als Bootsbauer, Fluggerätmechaniker oder in Holz-, Metall- bzw. Beschichtungstechnik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion oder Flugzeugbau
• Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung von Verbundwerkstoffen und im Umgang mit Composite-Bauteilen
• Erste Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
• Qualitätsorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste und konzentrierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

HESYS has 25 years of experience in staffing demanding technical positions. Our focus is on projects in the aerospace and high-tech environment. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will work in bonding technology and support the manufacturing and integration of composite parts and subassemblies. The focus is on composite components, laminating and resin processes as well as quality checks in production.

Your tasks

• Manufacture and integrate composite parts and subassemblies for major assemblies
• Process monolithic and sandwich composite materials from preparation to post-processing
• Apply laminating, draping, forming, prepreg, resin infusion and resin injection processes
• Set up and check vacuum systems and use curing equipment such as autoclaves and ovens
• Demould, rework and repair composite components
• Perform work and quality checks and ensure traceability

Your profile

• Completed training, e.g. as boat builder, aircraft mechanic or in wood, metal or coating technology
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production or aircraft construction
• Knowledge of composite material processing and handling of composite components
• Initial user knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
• Quality-oriented, responsible and focused working style
• German at least business fluent and advanced English skills
