Supply Officer (m/f/d) – Aircraft On Ground (AOG) – AIRBUS

Your tasks

In this role, you will support Aircraft On Ground (AOG) activities and contribute to ensuring material availability and fast recovery solutions in time-critical operational situations.

• Management of material flows to resolve Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations

• Coordination of urgent material requirements and identification of suitable supply solutions

• Communication of demand to suppliers, placement and tracking of orders

• Analysis of delivery delays and coordination of recovery plans

• Participation in the definition and optimization of logistics and supply chain processes

• Monitoring day-to-day supply chain performance and maintaining regular contact with suppliers

• Continuous communication with internal customers regarding order status and progress

• Participation in an on-call duty rotation

Your profile

• Background in logistics, supply chain, procurement or a comparable technical or commercial field

• Professional experience in material planning, supply chain operations or customer-oriented logistics

• Experience working with SAP and common office or collaboration tools

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented working style

• Ability to work independently in time-critical operational environments

• Strong communication skills and confident interaction with internal and external stakeholders

• Business-fluent English skills; additional languages such as German, French or Spanish are an advantage

• Willingness to take part in on-call duties
