Sie unterstützen das Konfigurationsmanagement im Umfeld technischer Testsysteme und entwicklungsnaher Dokumentation. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Datenkonsistenz, Dokumentensteuerung und der strukturierten Verwaltung technischer Unterlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Dokumente und Review-Unterlagen in Systeme zur Dokumentenverwaltung einspielen
• Dokumentensätze und technische Unterlagen strukturiert in relevanten Tools pflegen
• Zeichnungen und Dokumente auf formelle Korrektheit sowie Vollständigkeit prüfen
• Datenkonsistenz sicherstellen und Unterlagen zuverlässig verteilen und verwalten
• Dokumentennummernlisten, Templates und zugehörige Vorgaben erstellen und pflegen
• Anforderungs- und Nachweisdokumentation sowie Handbücher organisatorisch unterstützen

Ihr Profil
• Technisches Studium, Ingenieurstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ Techniker oder Meister
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement oder in technischer Dokumentation
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Erfahrung mit Konfigurationstools wie PDM, SVN oder Git
• Verständnis für dokumentierte Information, technische Zeichnungen und formale Dokumentationsstandards
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

This role supports configuration management in the area of technical test systems and development-related documentation. The focus is on data consistency, document control and the structured administration of technical information.

Your tasks
• Upload documents and review records into document management systems
• Maintain document sets and technical records in relevant configuration tools
• Check drawings and documents for formal correctness, completeness and consistency
• Ensure reliable data control, distribution and structured document handling
• Create and maintain document number lists, templates and related standards
• Support requirement documentation, verification records and technical manuals

Your profile
• Degree in engineering or a comparable technical field, alternatively technician or master qualification
• Several years of experience in configuration management or technical documentation
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with configuration tools such as PDM, SVN or Git
• Understanding of documented information, technical drawings and formal documentation standards
• Independent, structured and reliable working style combined with strong teamwork skills
• Business fluent German and advanced English
