Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von Ground-Test-Softwarelösungen im Umfeld der Endmontagelinien und leisten einen direkten Beitrag zur Digitalisierung der Flugzeugproduktion.

• Operative Unterstützung von Ground-Test-Software im Tagesgeschäft an allen Final Assembly Lines

• Analyse von Anforderungen an Ground-Test-Software im Kontext von Flugzeugänderungen, Teststrategien und industriellen Rahmenbedingungen

• Spezifikation von Software-Weiterentwicklungen und fachliche Abstimmung mit Softwarelieferanten

• Mitwirkung bei der Validierung des ESAO Execution Modules (Ground Tests Assisted by Computer)

• Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Rollout- und Validierungsaktivitäten

• Definition von Testdossiers sowie Durchführung von Non-Regression-Tests

• Einführung und Deployment neuer Execution-Module an Single-Aisle-Endmontagelinien (Europa, China, USA)

• Mitarbeit an der Testautomatisierung und neuen Testumgebungen

• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von GTSA-Anwendungen im Hinblick auf die nächste Systemgeneration (GTSI)

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, eines technischen Studiengangs oder vergleichbar

• Berufserfahrung im Engineering-, IT- oder Softwareumfeld

• Verständnis für Softwareentwicklung, Tests und Systemarchitekturen

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Systemen und Datenbanken

• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Interesse an digitalen Lösungen, industriellen Prozessen und technologischen Innovationen

• Teamfähigkeit, Eigenständigkeit und pragmatische Herangehensweise

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Ground Test Software Business Engineer (m/f/d) – Final Assembly Lines – AIRBUS

HESYS Engineering is a partner for highly specialized engineering and operational services and supports demanding programs for leading companies in the aerospace and defence industry.

Your tasks

In this role, you will support ground test software operations and development activities within final assembly line environments, contributing directly to aircraft testing and digitalization initiatives.

• Daily operational support of ground test software across all Final Assembly Lines

• Analysis of ground test software requirements related to aircraft evolution, test strategies and industrial changes

• Specification of software evolutions and technical alignment with software suppliers

• Participation in the validation of the ESAO execution module (Ground Tests Assisted by Computer)

• Support of the project lead during validation and deployment activities

• Definition of test dossiers and execution of non-regression tests

• Deployment of new execution modules on Single Aisle Final Assembly Lines in Europe, China and the US

• Contribution to test automation and new test environments

• Support of GTSA application development towards compatibility with the next system generation (GTSI)

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, engineering or a comparable technical field

• Professional experience in engineering, IT or software-related environments

• Understanding of software development, testing and system architectures

• Experience working with IT systems, databases or enterprise applications

• Structured, rigorous and solution-oriented working style

• Interest in digital solutions, industrial processes and new technologies

• Team-oriented mindset combined with autonomy and pragmatic initiative

• Very good German skills and good English skills
