Commercial Project Manager – MRO Aircraft (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

Sie verantworten die kaufmännische Steuerung von MRO-Projekten im Aircraft-Umfeld und agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Programmen und internen Fachbereichen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Kaufmännische Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen und -aufträgen inklusive Abrechnung und Nachkalkulation

• Projektcontrolling, Reporting sowie Durchführung von Projekt-Kick-offs und Reviews

• Erstellung und Bewertung von Angeboten inklusive Costing und Pricing

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und Program Contract Management

• Direkte Kundenkommunikation und Sicherstellung von OTD, OTQ und OTC

• Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Unterstützung der Kapazitätsplanung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar

• Alternativ eine qualifizierte kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt-, Finanz- oder Vertragsumfeld

• Erfahrung im Aerospace- oder MRO-Kontext von Vorteil

• Strukturierte, belastbare und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

You are responsible for the commercial management of MRO aircraft projects and act as the key interface between customers, programs, and internal stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Commercial handling of customer inquiries and orders including billing and cost follow-up

• Project controlling, reporting, and execution of project kick-offs and reviews

• Preparation and evaluation of offers including costing and pricing

• Close cooperation with internal departments and program contract management

• Direct customer interaction and ensuring OTD, OTQ, and OTC

• Contribution to continuous improvement activities and capacity planning

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

• Alternatively, completed vocational training with relevant advanced qualification

• Several years of experience in project, finance, or contract management

• Experience in aerospace or MRO environments is an advantage

• Structured, resilient, and customer-focused working style

• Business-fluent German and English skills
