In this role, you define and manage production planning for the A400M MRO & Retrofit program. You coordinate long-, mid- and short-term planning, capacity strategy and MPS routines to secure delivery commitments and operational feasibility.

Your tasks

• Define long-term planning and baseline strategy for the A400M MRO & Retrofit program
• Develop mid-term tactical planning, including recovery plans when required
• Define short-term station-level planning and support implementation in the relevant docks
• Coordinate load and capacity planning with program, customer and plant stakeholders
• Lead standard MPS routines, including daily, weekly and monthly planning meetings
• Support continuous improvement through OES, LEAN principles and multi-site planning projects

Your profile

• Completed master’s degree or diploma in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• More than 3 years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing engineering or process planning
• Strong understanding of production planning, plant coordination and operational scheduling
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
• Well-organized, goal-oriented working style and strong team orientation
• Business-fluent English skills; German or Spanish skills are nice to have
