In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie die technische Immobilien- und Anlageninstandhaltung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Lieferantensteuerung, Wartungsplanung, prüfpflichtigen Anlagen, Fremdfirmenkoordination und der Sicherstellung eines stabilen Anlagenbetriebs.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung von Lieferanten, Angebotseinholung, technische Klärung und Rechnungskontrolle
• Koordination, Unterweisung und Überwachung von Fremdfirmenleistungen
• Projektleitung für Krananlagen und Aufzugsanlagen im Instandhaltungsumfeld
• Anlage und Überwachung von Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Prüfplänen
• Koordination von Sachverständigenprüfungen, Gutachtern und Wartungsdienstleistern
• Vorbereitung von Audits, Überwachung von KPIs und Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Anforderungen

Ihr Profil

• Meisterqualifikation in Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Wartung, Instandhaltung, Elektrik oder Mechatronik
• Erfahrung in Lieferantenmanagement und Vertragsmanagement
• Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten

In this role, you support technical real estate and facility maintenance. The focus is on supplier management, maintenance planning, inspection-relevant systems, external contractor coordination and stable operation of technical infrastructure.

Your tasks

• Manage suppliers, request offers, clarify technical topics and check invoices
• Coordinate, instruct and monitor external contractor services
• Lead projects related to crane systems and elevator systems in maintenance environments
• Create and monitor inspection, maintenance and test plans
• Coordinate expert inspections, assessors and maintenance service providers
• Prepare audits, monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with legal requirements

Your profile

• Master craftsman qualification in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in maintenance, electrical systems or mechatronics
• Experience in supplier management and contract management
• Advanced SAP application knowledge and confident use of Google Workspace
• Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
