In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie Verbesserungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekte im Procurement- und Supply-Chain-Quality-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Business Support, Prozessverbesserung, Datenanalyse und bereichsübergreifender Projektarbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit an Business-Improvement- und Digital-Transformation-Projekten im Supply-Chain-Quality-Umfeld
• Operative Unterstützung der PIC-Commodity bei Prozessen, Methoden und Tools
• Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsprojekten in bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
• Unterstützung der digitalen Transformation mit Fokus auf Datenanalyse, Prozesse und Tools
• Analyse von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Ableitung pragmatischer Lösungsansätze
• Abstimmung mit Ansprechpartnern auf verschiedenen Ebenen und Pflege relevanter Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Supply Chain, Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Einkauf, Disposition, Materialbeschaffung oder Lieferantenmanagement
• Erfahrung im Supply-Chain- oder Logistikumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement
• Kenntnisse in Google Workspace; Erfahrung mit KI oder RPA ist von Vorteil
• Deutsch mindestens versiert und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will support improvement and digital transformation projects in procurement and supply chain quality. The focus is on business support, process improvement, data analytics and cross-functional project work.

Your tasks

• Contribute to business improvement and digital transformation projects in supply chain quality
• Provide operational support for the PIC commodity regarding processes, methods and tools
• Structure and implement improvement projects in a cross-functional environment
• Support digital transformation with a focus on data analytics, processes and tools
• Analyze improvement potential and develop pragmatic solution approaches
• Coordinate with stakeholders at different levels and maintain relevant interfaces

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, supply chain, logistics or business administration
• Several years of experience in purchasing, disposition, material procurement or supplier management
• Experience in a supply chain or logistics environment
• Good knowledge of project management and process management
• Knowledge of Google Workspace; experience with AI or RPA would be beneficial
• Advanced German and business-fluent English skills
