Short role summary

In this role, you are responsible for the design, integration and qualification of galley and stowage modules within aircraft cabins and ensure compliance with specifications, certification and quality requirements across different aircraft configurations.

Your tasks

• Designing, integrating and qualifying galley and stowage monuments for aircraft cabins

• Performing detailed analyses to support design and integration decisions

• Managing cabin customization requirements and ensuring compatibility across aircraft variants

• Contributing to design integration in close cooperation with design office, manufacturing and assembly teams

• Conducting data analyses to optimize system performance and identify potential issues

• Leading and supporting project management activities related to monument development

• Ensuring qualification and certification in accordance with aerospace standards and regulations

• Implementing and maintaining quality management processes throughout design and manufacturing

• Acting as interface to internal stakeholders, suppliers and certification authorities

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, aircraft engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable technical discipline

• Several years of professional experience in industrial design, interior design, supplier management or aerospace environments

• Experience in project management within technical development projects

• Proven analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability

• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines and stakeholders

• Experience with customer-specific module adaptation and cabin integration is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of CATIA V5 and VPM

• Experience with CCD; initial experience with TAKSY/GESY/TESY is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Total Quality Management and civil aviation documentation

• Product lifecycle knowledge is an advantage

• Advanced German language skills

• Fluent English language skills

• Airbus experience and knowledge of cabin integration and aircraft customization processes are desirable

In dieser Position verantworten Sie die Entwicklung, Integration und Qualifikation von Galley- und Stowage-Modulen in Flugzeugkabinen und stellen die Einhaltung aller technischen, qualitativen und regulatorischen Anforderungen sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung, Integration und Qualifikation von Galley- und Stowage-Modulen für Flugzeugkabinen

• Durchführung technischer Analysen zur Unterstützung von Design- und Integrationsentscheidungen

• Betreuung kundenspezifischer Kabinenanforderungen und Varianten

• Mitarbeit im Design-Integrationsprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Fertigung und Montage

• Analyse von Daten zur Optimierung der Systemperformance und Risikobewertung

• Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projektmanagement-Aktivitäten im Bereich Monumententwicklung

• Sicherstellung der Qualifikation und Zertifizierung gemäß luftfahrtspezifischen Vorschriften

• Umsetzung und Pflege von Qualitätsmanagementprozessen über den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus

• Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen, Lieferanten und Zulassungsstellen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. Luft- und Raumfahrt, Flugzeugbau, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrie- oder Interior-Design, Lieferantenmanagement oder Luftfahrt

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement technischer Entwicklungsprojekte

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im interdisziplinären Umfeld

• Erfahrung in der Kabinenintegration und kundenspezifischen Modulanpassung von Vorteil

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5 und VPM

• Kenntnisse in CCD sowie Grundkenntnisse in TAKSY/GESY/TESY wünschenswert

• Grundkenntnisse im Total Quality Management und in der zivilen Luftfahrtdokumentation

• Produktlebenszyklus-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

• Deutschkenntnisse auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau

• Englischkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau

• Airbus-Erfahrung sowie Kenntnisse von FCO- und Kabinenintegrationsprozessen wünschenswert
